Return and Refund Policy

The Blue Collar Pet Shop - Return Policy:

1. General Return Guidelines:
  - Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
  - Original receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2. Condition of Returned Items:
  - Items must be in their original packaging and unopened for a full refund.
  - Opened or partially/fully tampered items may be returned only in case of a visible physical factory defect.

3. Return Eligibility for Defective Products:
  - Defective pet food and accessories are eligible for return if the product is 80% full or more.
  - Visible factory defects must be reported within 5 days of purchase. Items reported longer than that will not be accepted.

4. Pet Food Return Policy:
  - Unopened pet food can be returned within 5 days of purchase for a full refund.
  - Opened pet food containers may be returned if they meet the 80% full or more criteria of physical factory defects. If your pet simply does not like the food, the food cannot be returned or refunded.

5. Accessories Return Policy:
  - Unused accessories can be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
  - Items showing any signs of use or wear cannot be returned.

6. Refund Process:
  - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  - Allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.

- Factory Defective Products will need to be assessed by the factory which may take longer than sure

7. Exclusions:
  - Grooming tools and perishable items are non-returnable.
