THE BLUE COLLAR PET SHOP Return and Refund Policy

GENERAL PET PRODUCTS EXCLUCING PET FEED AND SEED

1.  All pet accessories and products may be returned to The Blue Collar Pet Shop Lenasia within 10 days of purchase 

2. Pet accessories and products must be in their original packaging 

3. Packaging that has been damaged or opened will not be accepted as a return 

4. Any Opened or used products will not be accepted as a return 

5. Items returned after 10 days of purchase will not be accepted as a return 

6. Tick and flea products, Medications and other health and wellness products (including shampoo and powders) have a strict no return policy

PET FEED AND SEED 

1. Pet Feed and seed may be returned to The Blue Collar Pet Shop Lenasia within 5 days of purchase

2. Pet Feed and seed being retuned must not be opened or any part of the seal tampered with.

3. Any opened products or packaging damaged (or taped) will strictly not be accepted 

(If your pet simply does not eat a food, we strictly cannot accept a return- Regulated by the industry)

4. If there is damage visible to the feed eg. Mould, it must be reported (with evidence) to the store within 5 days of purchase, and the product must still contain a minimum of 80% of its contents. No returns or queries will be accepted after 5 days of purchase on visibly damaged feed and seed or on products that contain less than 80% of its content.

REFUND TIMES

1. Inspections on General products take 3 to 5 working days after which a refund will be processed to the original method of payment 

2. Inspection on pet feed and seed take 5 to 7 working days after which a refund will be processed to the original method of payment

3. Visibly damaged items are returned to the factory which takes a longer time to process

4. Refunds will only be returned to the original method of payment and not another method 

5. Credit and debit card transactions are subject to a settlement fee charged upon refund
